The equipment is delivered to the Laboratory in one of three ways:

1. Personal delivery

2. Courier arranged by you

3. DHL Express courier arranged by us for collection, as well as for delivery back to you (cost of the collection and delivery will be added to the invoice, accompanied by receipts)

Audiophile’s Clinic has a simple and transparent pricing model.

Diagnosis: £125.00 (paid in advance).

Preliminary Report: £200.00 (paid in advance). Includes disassembly, inspection, tests, identifying the root causes of the faults, identifying the components that need replacement, determining the cost of the repairs.

The price for Diagnosis and Preliminary Report will be deducted from the final cost of the repairs.

Please bear in mind that the final cost might differ from the initial estimate, as some faults might be latent / hidden.

For your peace of mind, we offer two types of warranty:

6 months for simply repairing the apparent fault, as per your instruction

or

1 year for a more comprehensive intervention, as per your instruction.

Please allow 1-4 weeks for Diagnosis and Preliminary Report, and up to 4 weeks from there for Repair, Testing and Delivery
